KORE Retrofit is delighted to welcome Ivan Magee as Operations Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience in construction, project delivery, procurement, and large-scale operations.
With a career spanning nearly two decades and a proven track record in leadership, Ivan’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for both KORE and the wider retrofit sector in Ireland.

Ivan’s passion for building and construction began at a young age and led him to study engineering at DIT Bolton Street (now TUD), where he graduated in 2007.
He began his career in consultancy before moving into a site engineering role, gaining hands-on experience in delivering complex construction projects. In 2010, Ivan joined Lidl as a Junior Project Manager, quickly taking on significant responsibility.
During his time with Lidl, Ivan:
Managed the renovation of existing stores and construction of new stores
Oversaw maintenance across a large store network
Delivered projects across both Northern and Southern Ireland
His strong performance saw him progress through the ranks to Project Manager and later Senior Project Manager. Since 2017, Ivan has held senior leadership roles including Head of Procurement and Regional Logistics, further strengthening his expertise in operational strategy, efficiency, and supply chain management.

As Operations Manager, Ivan’s priority is to fully immerse himself into KORE Retrofit; understanding our culture, processes, and people.
